Biography
Dr. Abraham Nash is a doctoral researcher at the Human-Centred Computing group within the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford. His academic journey includes an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and an MBBS degree, blending expertise across computer science and healthcare.
Deeply interested in how decentralized intelligence and AI integration can contribute to human health and flourishing, his research focuses on advancing data sovereignty, promoting public goods, and integrating blockchain-aligned ideals. He further specializes in decentralized health data management and explores how cultural and political socio-technical lenses—such as ownership, empowerment, and trust—affect the design of our global health data systems.
He further investigates innovative approaches to data governance and storage, advancing open-source solutions in technology.
