Nimisha Karnatak
Biography
My PhD research lies in the area of human-AI collaboration. I am supervised by Professor Sir Nigel Shadbolt and Professor Max Van Kleek.
Previously, I worked in the the Technology and Empowerment Group at Microsoft Research India as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow, where I conduct human-centered research in the domain of Healthcare under the supervision of Dr. Bill Theis. My work at MSRI has given me the opportunity to closely examine the intricate technology usage and interactions of multiple stakeholder within the healthcare ecosystem, including patients, and healthcare professionals.
