• Friday, 12th May, 2017 by 12.00noon: Deadline for micro abstracts - no more than 200 words
• Wednesday, 17th May, 2017 by 11.59pm: Deadline for conference registration (no registration fee)
• Friday, 19th May, 2017: Notification of acceptances
• Monday, 22nd May, 2017: Deadline for Registration for Conference Dinner
• Friday, 26th May, 2017 by 12.00noon: Deadline for payment for dinner
• Friday, 2nd June, 2017 by 12.00noon: Camera-ready copy due.
• Monday, 5th June, 2017 by 12.00noon: deadline to turn in your poster electronically and have it printed for free by the Department.
• Friday, 9th June, 2017: Conference day
