Department alumnus Yannis Assael featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list for Europe

Department alumnus Yannis Assael has been featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list for Europe, in the Science and Healthcare section.

Yannis is now a Senior Research Scientist at Google DeepMind, where he uses machine learning to address AI challenges.  Yannis undertook both an MSc and his DPhil (PhD) in the Department of Computer Science.   He’s pictured here, third from right, with his research group, in the Department.
