Elites and Seniors battle in final of BEBRAS challenge
Posted: 25th January 2017
On 21 and 22 January, 89 talented students visited the Department of Computer Science, to take part in the second round of a UK-wide challenge.
The UK BEBRAS Computational Thinking Challenge is designed to get students excited about computing and computational thinking. It challenges students to use all of their skills to solve tasks that have been inspired by topics in Computer Science.
The finalists, who brought a guest with them, were drawn from over 81,000 students across the UK who took part this year. They participated in a final challenge before attending lunch and a prize-giving ceremony at Hertford College
