I'll explain why Charlie Crichton, Steve Harris, Jeremy Gibbons, Andrew Tsui, Aadya Shukla, and I are talking to people from government agencies and departments, and what we're hoping to achieve. I'll talk about semantics (but not mathematical semantics), and I'll talk about where you put the models that you might want to use in model-driven development (not how you produce them, but where you put them when you've finished).
