In my talk I plan to review the notion of correlations in quantum mechanics. I will show that in addition to quantum (entanglement) and classical correlations there is another type of correlation usually termed "discord". What is more is that discord could lead to a greater than classical efficiency even when entanglement is absent. My talk will contain a number of worked out examples of simple two or many qubit states.
